Plumbing Technician (M/F)

Responsibilities:

​

• Damage assessment, mainly residential;

• Technical interventions in the plumbing area;

• Preparation of reports;

• Management and contacts;

• Monitoring of claims and clients;

• Other related tasks.

Requirements:

​

• Professional experience in the construction/ building water distribution systems (mandatory);

• Experience in using leak detection equipment (electroacoustic, thermography, video inspection, tracer gas, etc.) (preferred);

• Experience providing property assessment services for insurance companies (preferred);

• Punctuality and attendance;

• Dynamism, responsibility, and autonomy;

• Good presentation and communication skills;

• Conflict management skills;

• High level of professional ethics;

• Driver’s license (mandatory);

• Immediate availability.
