As Raquel Mota, senior human resources and talent consultant at SLOT Recursos Humanos, points out, since 2017 we have seen great technological advances with the emergence of new assessment platforms, some of which can be customised. The Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 has further accelerated the massive use of these digital tools. But what exactly is an assessment? It's a human capital management platform where employees or candidates take online tests to identify behavioural and personality traits, map talent, develop skills and increase motivation.
Assessment processes are managed in the cloud, so they can be run from anywhere, without restrictions. Access is quick and easy: a link sent by email gives instant access to the platform. This flexibility is highlighted by Raquel Mota.
