SLOT Recursos Humanos was created on 27th December 2005 as part of the LAS Group's business strategy, in response to the need to recruit professionals for our group, which is integrated in the aeronautical maintenance market, an extremely competitive market characterised by a shortage of talent and the migration of its professionals to other European Union countries.
With the inevitable growth of our brand, SLOT Human Resources has diversified its range of services and solutions, bringing its knowledge and experience in finding and recruiting highly differentiated and unique profiles to new markets and organisations.
To the initial services, Temporary Work and Recruitment and Selection, we have added Consultancy and Training services at a corporate level, as well as Career Consultancy and Professional Guidance, Consultancy and CV Building and Skills Development and Training at a Specialised Accompaniment level aimed at professionals and candidates, making us a Human Resources Consultancy with 360º strategic solutions to optimise Human Resources Management!
SLOT brand evolution
REBRANDING
SLOT Recursos Humanos has been reinventing itself for almost two decades, with the aim of making the brand more relevant to our clients and candidates.
In 2020, the SLOT logo was redesigned to reflect a more modern and attractive brand, which is also more in line with the LAS Group's communication strategy. In 2023, the words "Human Resources" will be added to the logo to better reflect our business.
